Below is the current, tentative, roadmap for jQuery core. If you're interested in submitting bug fixes or making sure that specific features land in a release, please consider Getting Involved.

More information about past roadmap meetings and upcoming ones can be found in the Getting Involved guide.

jQuery 1.5 (January 31st, 2011)

This will be the final release for jQuery 1.5.

jQuery 1.5.1 (February 2011)

The first bug fix release for jQuery 1.5.

jQuery 1.6 (Late April 2011)

The official roadmap planning session for jQuery 1.6 will be held in February of 2011. Date and time will be announced on the jQuery blog and twitter account.
