• Setup Plugins Mailing List
• Define the inline doc properties (for a complete plugin), and add the parser to SVN
• Write up information on all the plugin properties and include it in the existing plugin-authoring documentation
• Remove any plugins that are completely broken and have no author (This is inclusive of SVN and the plugins repository)
• Make sure that all plugins in SVN have the aforementioned properties
• Split Interface into separate plugins
• Write script to auto-checkout plugins from SVN and setup live demos
  • Generate API docs
  • Create test suite (where possible)
• Write script to auto-generate API docs for a plugin, from SVN, and put it in the Wiki (or Drupal, depending on the time frame)
